Welcome to Transvip (hereinafter, "Transvip Transportation S.A. de C.V."). By booking and using our private transportation services, you (hereinafter, "the Client") accept and agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions
  • Service:

    Refers to all private passenger transportation services offered by Transvip, including transfers to/from the airport, hotels, private tours, and other destinations.

  • Booking:

    The request for a Service confirmed and paid for by the Client.

  • Website:

    The official portal for making reservations: https://transvip.com.mx/.

2. Booking and Payment Process

2.1. Request: Reservations must be made through our Website, email, or phone line, providing accurate and complete information.

2.2. Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email with a locator number after processing payment.

2.3. Rates: Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include taxes and tolls. Gratuities are at the Client's discretion.

2.4. Payment: Payment methods specified on the Website are accepted (e.g., Credit/Debit cards via Stripe).

3. Transfer Service Policies

3.1. Meeting Point at Airport: We monitor flights. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing. Additional charges may apply after this time.

3.2. Meeting Point at Hotels/Homes: We offer 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After this time, the service may be considered a "No Show".

3.3. Changes to Reservation: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3.4. Luggage: Standard rate allows 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on item per passenger. Special luggage must be declared when booking.

3.5. Passenger Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to persons with abusive or dangerous behavior. Smoking or consuming alcohol in vehicles is prohibited.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance:

    Full refund, less an administrative fee.

  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance:

    50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours or 'No Show':

    No refund.

  • Cancellation by Transvip:

    In cases of force majeure, a full 100% refund will be offered.

5. Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted service. We are not responsible for missed flights if the cause is attributable to the Client, nor for items forgotten in our vehicles.

6. Data Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the provision of the service. For more details, consult our Privacy Notice.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Baja California Sur, Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Los Cabos.
