Fernando managed everything so well - they were always on time and all of our drivers were very curteous and accomodating. We originally located this shuttle company through our resort. I started working directly with Transvip to put of our guests on different shuttles. As you could imagine, transporting over 100 people who arrived and departed on different flights over the course of several days was tricky. Fernando, the general manager, was professional, responsive, and handled everything well. The shuttles were nice and air conditioned. The drivers greet you with an ice cold bottle of water to enjoy during the ride. Fernando even threw in a complimentary shuttle for the bride and groom. Trans VIP was the best transportation company and DMC we have worked with in years. The planning process from the states to Mexico was flawless. Everyone was so helpful and professional.
